It seems that many of his books are great for beginners to intermediate investors but I'm sure experienced investors can find some tid bits as well.

another tid bit is that the couple living in the main house is an older couple that has been there many years and has zero intention of ever leaving. 

@Stefan Druzdzel one more tid bit I learned a while back on my first purchase.I was always asking “why hasn’t anyone bought this deal” “what’s wrong with it”.

I'm sure I'll be able to find out all of the good tid-bits of info then. 

Two tid bits to be aware of:a conventional lender will not lend on a structure that is “uninhabitable”.
