I'm not saying all subto buyers are a detriment to investing or society, I'm saying that if things hit a public awareness-- they inherently are.

With that said I feel like I significantly improved my position and reduced my stress..Being  high income earner is great, but the goal is what you keep and what you spend.

If you sold it, what would you do with the money and how does the return compare to what you get now (factoring in the amount of work/stress with each option)?

@Eric BilderbackAgree with you, and to your point - if you buy something today that puts you in a stressed out position, you can't / shouldn't count on anything saving you - like a huge jump in rents or a big decrease in rates so can you refinance. 

Be careful with Section 8 it can be a nightmare and its a high stress enviroment.

It could be stressful if there is a plumbing or heating issue and you're several hours away. 

Also, running a flip with no money and hoping you get a good return with all the other stuff going on in the background starts to add stress, and you end up not enjoying it.

I have been much happier and less stressed since switching over to them.
