prices are quite high here but its in my mind truly world class real estate.. and just BLOWN up in the last 5 years.. when I rolled into town 5 years ago I was paying 20 to 40k for building lots now I am paying 160k to  well I bought one in the historic district that we are in foundation and I paid 590k just for the lot and it took a year to get permits to go vertical.. that will sell right at 2 million.. for 2,200 sq ft.. but that to me is one of a kind real estate.not SF bay area pricing but pretty solid for lower east coast until you get to high end FLA...OK off to the shuttle bus you guys have a great day. !

The plan is to house hack by renting by the bed to airport employees who just need it a few nights a month so there are a couple requirements for the property,1) Close to the A Line or other shuttle service to the airport so tenants won't need a car (I was thinking Green Valley Ranch)2) At least 4-5 bedrooms.

That is like saying, hey look the space shuttle exploded.

Though you could probably command a pretty good premium during ski season and Telluride festival season especially if you could provide shuttle service to/from Telluride.I'm brand new to REI and if anyone would like to connect to chat about things on the Western Slope please reach out!
