Has anyone used the FuelPoint lead generation platform? I just sat in on a demo and am curious if anyone has experience working with them. It seems like a lot more of these lead-gen groups are popping up. 

Low down payment AND it cash flows also AND buyer has title.Maybe I am asking too much, but I don't think so.Perhaps you just market to homeowners.

It does not matter if you find the single best market in the US.

most land has more than 6 months supply which means it's a sellers market. that's the same in our main market in Columbus Ohio and miami florida as well where I relocated to.
