All of those numbers sound like exactly what I'm scouring the market for, so I guess it makes me feel a bit better that somebody like you who OWNS deals like I'm looking for is also having a hard time.

Then, if you think it's good, I usually scour a bit more into the particulars.

FYI - my credit score used to be in the low 800's and I owned a $700,000 home in MN and I regularly scour myfico for help on letters, disputes, validations, etc.  

Jenna has spent countless hours scouring the internet for information, as well as many calls/texts/emails with me talking over options and such. 

I will do some more scouring the forums for similar scenarios, in the meantime I appreciate any feedback.
