Our minimum Standard is 620 credit score, 3x rent in monthly income, no prior evictions, and last 3 landlord good reviews.

Thats right around what we spend on our 2/1.5 townhouses in the Akron area.

I really wish I had seen a detailed review of Foundation Property Management (FPM) or TurnkeyInvest here on BiggerPockets before signing on with them several years ago.
