Avoid the classic beginner mistake of over-spending on non-necessary over-improvements.

We are also re-purposing part of the house which will allow us to add a new bedroom...my sense is this should be paid for by my father since it is a permanent value-add.  

Such as buying a rehab and keeping the classic Corvette in the garage.

It's more of a classic boom/bust town that is still bulldozing whole neighborhoods because of an oversupply of housing due to the population shrinking by half.

We are a town of 5,000; 20 minutes away from a 1mm metro area.One is an old retirement home being repurposed into apartments, second is new townhome condos, third are SFH.  

The 1.8 Billion dollar verdict and now the 418 Million dollar settlement just breakup a classic Cartel, hence the ruling that it was an anti-trust violation.

It's my personal opinion that meeting somewhere that isn't classically considered as a vacation destination would give you a stronger case in arguing for a business deduction (with online being the most straightforward).

I'm staying at a furnished home here in ybor and I see alot of land that is unused and alot of building that I feel can be repurposed to make the place better and help the people.
