To reinstall the drawer, simply align the sliders back on track and close the drawer  :)

You could deduct the cost of repairing the garage floor from their deposit if they take it with them, but most likely they will leave it in place, since it would be a pain to move and expensive to reinstall.

Good question there is approx 20 windows of an average size, and I am new to this so I don't know the cost of the labor and materials for:- Pull the windows - Replace the ropes - scrape the paint - Reglaze - Repaint - Reinstall

@Hae Sun Yi I don’t see why you can’t charge them to reinstall the equipment they removed.

Since the wiring is on top of the current plaster I need to either run the wire inside the plaster wall before drywalling (preferred) or just have the surface wire re-installed after the drywall is installed.Any ideas of approximate costs for running existing wiring inside plaster? 

Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the iPhone app?

Otherwise just like houses in Atlanta as soon as you start fixing they strip,and strip again delaying fixing time and costing extra labor for re-installs and tens of thousands in replacement parts.With the c properties or older usually those are held long term and not for improvement and flips.
