It is true that most of the wholesalers that I receive leads from are "wholesalers" just marking up other wholesalers fees on the same property and redistributing them - meaning they don't even have the deal under contract, yet they're advertising it as if they do.

So really.....I expect much of the same overall for the next at least 10 years with a redistribution of population demographics in different areas.

IMO it doesn't level the playing field to take death tax money or other money earned by hard working tax payers and redistributing it to those that choose not to work at all.

I've added gravel to that twice in 12 years, and barely had to do ANY leveling or redistribution.
