I also visited the area a few years back and met the nicest people  :)I've noticed that property taxes are quite high in Douglas county and was wondering if someone could explain some numbers I came across on the Treasury's website.After looking at a property I saw on Zillow selling for $135k, I looked up the property taxes on the Treasury's website to find that they amount to $3,289.78 for 2018 (see red rectangle in the screenshot).

Plans are:1) Remove 6 2*4s that make up the rectangle box.

Don't get hung up on perfect squares or rectangles. 

I make sure that ice bucket (large rectangle)is full before each guest.

You can do more than just rectangles.

Get on the GIS map and see what land is still owned by the railroad. 2 acres or more square or rectangle.

With Commercial, the variables that come into play are vechicles per day, ease of ingress/egress, aesthetics, loading dock, signage, visibility, interior dimensions (square is better than long deep rectangles), neighboring tenants etc. 

Rectangle, square, triangle,etc. 

Also a lot of mission houses are simple rectangles where is Reoland park is a bit more diverse.

I was standard 8' ceilings, at least as close as I can get, but the main house support was based around the old hallways walls traversing the left-right long side of the rectangle house.
