It seems the entire reviews and feedback section now consists of members creating accounts solely for the purpose of endorsing RTR.

I really like the idea of leveraging local contacts for walkthroughs and feedback.

I read someone ask if there is an impartial book to educate the “ average Joe “ on THE COMPLETE DST UNBIASED STORY ????

RE Investing is much tougher right now than it was 5 years ago.I personally spend at least an hour per day every day deepening my knowledge - reading, webinars, youtube videos, podcasts, formal industry trainings/certifications, etc.

You would be better off watching some of the old webinars here on BP and then reading a few books. 

We've been reading everything we can get our hands on, listening to podcasts, and spending time every morning reading and learning from the forums here at BP.

I dont have any feedback for turn key REI but lots of experience with 1031X and my suggestion for you is to make sure you have a good idea of the exchange you're going into or at least the category of homes or type you're aiming for.

I tried to provide constructive feedback on why it was not worth continuing with RentRedi and all the sudden I couldn't type anymore (it was about 3-4 sentences I got cut off). 

More of the terms are necessary, in order to provide feedback on your partnership.
