Owning random land in the middle of nowhere won't do much for you other than cost you in property taxes.

@Stephanie Lopezhi, happy to help but not sure what to say here. just to be blunt, you're asking random people on the Internet... if you should meet another random person that you found on the Internet. 

I advise against asking random people on the internet for guidance on this matter.Another thing to consider is the Corporate Transparency Act has removed some of the anonymity you get with LLCs.

Doing a few random deals in a state is not going to get the state authorities taking action to declare jurisdiction over your entity.

When I look at the records it looks quite random.
