As long as viewers can see the layout and general quality, I think it's safe to market.

Buy a quality property, stay away from the hood, rehab it as if you would move in, take your time picking a tenant, you'll be find.

Once again, this matches my personal experience that the larger, more expensive properties continue to sell better than smaller properties. 

If they won't replace the walls with the same quality materials they probably wouldn't do it for counters or floors either.  1.

Colors, quality of paint, how much prep needed, holes patches etc. 

By year 5 we had around 55 people.We did hire a marketing person but frankly marketing wasn't our strong suit.
