I do not believe I am RentRedi's target consumer as I have more needs than others and that has been true for other business relationships I tried to build in my time, but I hate when things have to end on sour notes and the fact that it took publicly criticizing the service to get attention is more than disappointing on RentRedi's part as a service business.

Aloha is the only name that shows up in the public record as owner of the loan.Wrt whole notes, ownership of the note and mortgage/DOT is transferred to the investor via an assignment and allonge.I agree w/ @Jay Hinrichs, a 100% secured interest in the loan is safest.I haven't invested with them yet, still considering.

In order to comply with SEC regulations, there is no platform to publicly announce your deal to the crowd (both posting on Facebook and publicly announcing it at an event could be construed as a solicitation, which is not permitted under the structure that most sponsors in the group use).
