A "taxable brokerage" account is like your checking or savings, but it's open to nearly all of the investment products. 

The only product I have seen is the MACU 10% for a non owner occupied.

Wouldn't hurt to look in to both to give yourself the best chance at finding the best loan product. 

Hi Dean - we had access to a DSCR product until a couple weeks ago - it's currently paused, per my conversation with one of the loan brokers I work with. 

Please, no solicitations.Use the renovation/acquisition loan products that require 10% down on the purchase and you should be able to get a few going at a time.

National banks typically do not offer products that suite your needs here. 2.
