One thing we, as humans, are consistently bad at is predicting the future - especially when it comes to political and economic shifts. 

Market Appreciation is the least predictable, but historically, where you will make the most money.

My prediction that these "bans" and regulations are all going to pretty much converge into reasonable middle ground regulations (mostly including taxes fees) is still looking very good. 

This is the easiest to predict. 

The truth is no one is going to be able to predict the next ten years in real estate or the stock market.

I half predict possible class action stuff once a same attorney gets wind of the multiples. 

I understand nobody can predict the future but I just wanted a general idea of where people think the fundamentals are strong.On researching the neighboring markets, I also found the Oswego market interesting.

Ultimately, I realized that trying to wait for a perfect moment feels a lot like attempting to time the stock market or predict a real estate bubble.There may be advantages to waiting and seeing how the election affects market policies, but it's hard to predict when those policies will take effect or how they’ll impact the market.

One of my favorite authors, Nicholas Nassim Taleb, sold me on the concept of Skin in the Game and holding all pundits accountable for prior predictions, myself included.
