Hey BP community, wanted to know if any of you have any good resources that clearly map out laws/stipulations of operating an air bnb out of a property in Westchester, NY?

It's performed well (except for the air conditioner broke) but was also more work than anticipated.Part of the question with regards to house-hacking is your current living situation. 

hmm, I definitely would like a video tour when booking air bnbs.

Tenants typically handle smaller things like changing fridge filters or furnace air filters.

I am really just looking to avoid the worst of the worst areas (anywhere with open air drug markets or active gang warfare / prolific violent crimes).

That calculation is so simplified that it doesn't even bother to factor into the equation any costs  and that $200K just magically appears out of thin air.
