How are you planning to fund the rehab costs?

I am in contract for a duplex in Grandview where I plan to live in one side and rent out the other

Do you plan to flip it or hold as a rental? 

Or is your plan to take their equity as your profit?

My plan is to live there for a year then move out and rent the 4th one.
