I think STR Insurance successfully drew many misunderstood pictures that regular insurance will not cover guest’s damage to the house.

Pretty cool stuff and I just thought I'd share some pictures and be a resource to anyone trying to do this as well.

Flipping a brand new home likely wouldn’t bring much profit - especially after having to close twice when you first buy it, and later sell it.Maybe you have millions to spend and I’m just missing the big picture… but when I think of “income” I’m usually thinking “net income” after you factor in expenses, like purchase price or building costs?  

Lenders often consider the whole picture, so keep building that credit but don't let it hold you back from exploring options.Since you're considering a trailer to fix up, have you thought about markets like East Phoenix or the outskirts of Austin?

I want them to see the total picture and then keep whittling down to where they get close to say a 5% error rate.

Having a "master" accounting software allows you to blend all property-specific info with general business info to see your full financial picture. 

I'm going to look at price, location and pictures. 

However, aside from that, I couldn’t find much information about them, and the only online presence seems to be the wife’s LinkedIn profile (though I’ve never met her in person and am just going off her profile picture on Zillow).After submitting the application through Zillow, we attached our income (two months of pay stubs for each of us from our current jobs), work references, credit and criminal background, rental history, and the contact info for our current landlord (who just so happens to be my fiancé’s father).
