If I had this level of paranoia in denying applicants, my career would be jeopardized because word would quickly get around that I don't do my job.I think we'll have to agree to disagree on this one...clearly 2 different ways of doing business.

As I approached the home this evening to scope it out after work - from across the street mind you - the door quickly swung open and I was (un)warmly welcomed by a woman who was seemingly under the influence of either crack or meth, as her vibe felt strongly fueled by paranoia, exacerbation, and a very short attention span.

My other concerns are my paranoia about a fire hazard that I know about and if I don't have it fixed how liable am I and also since I have had 4 fires in 13 yrs. in the business (all caused by careless tenants) the last thing I want to do is knowingly take on electrical fire risk.
