I can see why the new lender would want that paid off immediately.If this was a purchase, was this your debt or something that was attached to the property.

It can be used as a 4/2 with a private attached studio, or as 4 room rentals with a separate studio (which is what we currently do) or as a 5/3 SFH. 

Yikes, the emotional attachment to real estate can kill a deal 24/7/365.

The big players dont want junk real estate that these notes  are attached to.

@Jay HinrichsSorry, I maybe misstated...we negotiated it to cost the asset (house)zero...the taxes still existed, they were released from the property because our lien was so substantial of a loss via our first position there was no equity for them to stay attached to...did that make more sense?
