Even without tax returns, there are a ton of program like CLEAR, CoreLogic, DataTree, etc, that are used to find undisclosed debts and properties.

But of course Like I said you pay somewhat of a premium over the cheapest hard money out there that reguires down payment  paying their points and fees UPFRONT making monthly payments paying for insurance..

@Emmanuel Ola,HELOCs are a tried-and-true method of financing, so there’s nothing wrong with that.I am a bit concerned about the 13.25% interest rate, though.
