Google “virtual bookkeeper” or “offshore bookkeeper” - you should be able to find someone for $4-$10/hr who knows this stuff better than everyone on this thread & would be extremely grateful to acquire extra work from “rich americans” so they can afford to feed their kids.I use offshore VAs extensively for things like this & much more to operate my STRs to free me up for things such as leisure activities & growing my wealth by buying new properties.P.s.

So many cross current forces at play, demographics(older western pop. buying less stuff), offshore banking system,shadow banking system, private equity, reserve currency status, the credit cycle(business cycle) oil price inputs, etc.Also agree that supply/demand will push prices where they naturally want to be, but i am making a case against MASSIVE inflation, at least in short term (3yrs?)

As others have mentioned, I would get into a skilled trade that requires a license that cannot be offshored or done by a machine (plumber, electrician etc).This would set you up for good W2 income, you won’t go into debt, it will expose you to renovations, and you can house hack while you’re young and single.

Part of the motivation is to secure residency in multiple countries, have my investments in multiple currencies, and to set up an offshore structure for my company in one of these locations.
