I am inclined to this option as it would allow me to return home to assist my parents and save money while pursuing my law degree.- Does anyone think this is a sound idea?

YEs, it's cheating, but you won't be the first who has done this.Side note - I never understood why a college degree counts for S**t towards being a GC.

Here’s what I’d do:- College is not a bad investment, but some degrees are.

Keep heat on minimum of 45 degrees.

If you really need to resolve this issue: (1) get on the phone with their lender to understand the situation; (2) cash deal - you could get something on letterhead from bank and call to confirm, or get an attorney representation for the same.In my opinion, this issue can to some degree resolved by contract terms.

LVP should not be installed above 80 degrees or below 55 degrees.
