Infatuation and lust (what some would say are parts of "chemistry") aren't great foundations for a relationship.  

The biggest thing is to realize without chemistry, there's no chance of getting a deal.

I have a BA in psychology(a.k.a a BA in BS Detection,) but my real educational background is in chemistry, physics, and math, which I’ve taught for 20 years at the high-school and college level.

Tim - I guess you were busy during ninth-grade chemistry...go study liquids and surface tension and maybe you'll start to understand...

I can be difficult and demanding, but I have been fortunate to align myself with people who get me and we have great chemistry.

For instance, many may dream of being a Medical Doctor.So they may even enroll in College but when they hit the Organic Chemistry course, it weeds them right out.

I have a dual bachelor's in chemistry and biochemistry, master's in public health/epidemiology, a PhD in Nutrition/Community Health, board-certified Traditional Naturopath, and personal trainer.

You never know what life will throw at you- you could start investing, then a global pandemic could hit, then the government could tell you that your tenants don't have to pay anymore...I know it sounds farfetched, but strange things happen.I spent 5 years in college(I couldn't get enough of it,) then stayed afterwards to teach chemistry as a teaching assistant and later as an adjunct.
