Kissimmee is still a strong STR market, especially with Disney nearby, but competition has increased.The smaller pool and backyard might be a concern for some guests, but the privacy from the freeway could be a nice bonus.

So, for now, keep saving and learning about those markets or ancillary markets nearby that have better options.

I'm looking for advice on areas of Jacksonville or nearby to buy a 2-4 unit property for a personal residence with a small family.
