Does anyone know a good electrician in the Modesto area?

Look outside of the bay area towards the valley for example  ( Modesto, Stockton, lodi) even Vallejo, fairfield, Sacramento , Fresno. there are defiantly  deals in the California market dont get me wrong,  just keep in mind what i said

But Bay Area people move to the Turlock/Modesto/Manteca area also and commute to work once the housing prices rise in the bay.

Know some people investing in Modesto, Manteca, and Vacaville who are getting value add properties out there.

My name is Sam, I'm 27 years old, born and raised all over Northern California, currently residing in Modesto CA and I'm hungry!

Since I am based out of SF Bay Area, I can't purchase locally due to a high barrier of entry.I am interested in nearby areas such as Modesto, Tracy, Stockton, Sacramento, Roseville etc, as long as it cash flows.

I’m looking in the area of Stockton, Modesto , Manteca (in developing areas as everything else is out of my budget) but have recently considered looking out of state (due to my budget).

They want me to push their product and I have brother up near Modesto who could sure use the help.

I just read that Modesto has an average mortgage of 135% of the homes, value!
