I think you can model a decent double digit return but how do you transition to actually pulling money out? 

Credit Karma uses a Vantage scoring model (which we do not use in the mortgage industry), but the trend will be the same as mortgage scores. 

Our models are similar and I agree, sometimes people don't put in the effort.
