Charlie, I know a guy here in Houston that does something similar, but he runs a company that raises money from missions-minded churches and members to fix up and manage 4-unit complexes for ministries and people who need stable housing.

The Plumbing Ministry in Oakland does work for the majority of my clients and has helped me at my personal properties, they do free lateral tests too!

Ultimately I want to be able to leave my corporate engineering job and focus on my ministry and real estate business.  

I want to share the gospel with young men and women to impact their lives for the sake of Christ, I want to do that through coaching High School football and youth ministry both of which I am stepping down from over the next year because of current job requirements.
