You may even be able to find a mentor who would be willing to take you under their wing.

Another thing I am doing right now is looking for a mentor to help with my strategy, but in the meantime I thought I'd make a post and hear what BP investors would do in my shoes.For my situation, I am 26 and I have a very low income (55-65k annual) for my household and a growing family of 5 to support.

I would still value a mentor, who knows what they're doing.

It's also great to find a mentor that can show you the ropes (I would know very little without my mentor).

If you focus on that and people, you will find your mentor or they will find you without having to ask.

And, by the way, if your "mentor" tells you they are going to invest, get them to make that commitment BEFORE you sign on the dotted line.

The modules are over 40 videos and weekly calls that happen 3 to 4 times a week geared to mentor you along the way till your units start producing like they should.
