Most states now have FREE mediation services.. the companies that offer this for money by and large do little and you just spent good money that could have gone toward your problems and end up in the same place.. most of these companies in fact have been put out of business by States AG 's since there were so many complaints and so many people lost their homes dispite hiring these companies..

In the meantime, maybe to keep your current bookings in place and not lose that income, you could work with a mediator to explain that you will seek a full time renter after these current bookings have transpired.

Most of the time the courts in MA will ask you to seek mediation before allowing for an eviction.We’ve been able to get quite a few tenants out of our personal properties as well as for clients over the last year even with the moratorium.

In other words, you may have a fully employed tenant claiming financial hardship, but without courts to mediate, there is no due process to the landlord to argue their case to regain their property.My belief is that Congress knows very well they have no constitutional right to enforce an eviction moratorium.
