Markets are efficient, period.

In most markets, prices will come down plenty more over 2025 and maybe more in 2026.

All of those markets would be solid to start with.

From what I’ve observed, many of the most successful investors tend to focus on markets near where they’re based or in areas they’re familiar with.

Think about buying when the market balances back out.
