Another one to watch out for is Industrial Heat, LLC which is based out of RaleighThey may release some game-changing technology soonTheir manufacturing may be in China though

If the manufacturer went belly up, I was going to be out all my money?

.- Economic Growth: Milwaukee's economy has been growing, with a mix of industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, and technology.

Also I shopped very frugal, I would buy a lot of material wholesale or through auctions, and also I had the ability to buy from a former employer, a manufactured housing factory, that was also a huge savings for me.I had to do this deal this way.

Right now (Q3 2024) everything seems overbanked/overbought.Currently, my focus has been purposely broad but currently split between: A) SF business (wholesaling/rehab) I was asked to take over (on almost no notice – am still badly catching up) and B) Small balance MF and mobile/manufactured housing (<~50-100 units for physical/operational value add)I have made some progress on each but not where I would like to be although I have just recently gotten involved in the sub-institutional space again.

I do manufactured home developments so I look for land that doesn’t have housing restrictions.

Buckeye is attracting a ton of manufacturing plants while San Tan Valley is seeing an implant of professionals/growing families from Chandler, Mesa, and Gilbert.
