Have some accounting of all the money from government numbers games - lottery, powerball, scratch tickets, etc.

When you earn something through hard knocks you appreciate it more and hold on tight through past learning experiences to not go back to that place again.This is why many with an inheritance or winning the lottery etc. are broke after a few years.

I still have about 4 that I need to switch over so I should save a little more once I do.But I look at it as free money that just paid for my vacations going forward......No lottery ticket though if a house burns down like I would have had.

I can honestly tell you that the myth the gurus are spreading around that you can purchase REO properties at 50-75% of after repairs value is just as much a myth and as rare as hitting the lottery in California specially.
