Of course they will not qualify for a conventional loa.  The

Technology loathes inefficiency and thus it will find a way around intermediaries to connect issuers and investors directly.  

I loathe carpet and work to remove it always from all houses rental or flip.

So I'd be loathe to start one even if I felt I was likely to win.In 15 years of doing wholesale deals I've only had a seller back out once, and it was because she decided to sell it to a friend of the family.

But I'm not arguing whether or not the majority hold a particular opinion, I'm asking why...as an investor, a citizen, a member of a community, I'm genuinely curious why STRs are so loathed, when all I see as an investor, are the benefits of such vehicles. 

- would you pay cash instead for one unit (though I'm loathe to tie up my cash in one unit) and try to refi after closing & proof of cash flows (or will this still be an issue as I'm out of the country, with no declarable income, though my fiance has very good income)- are there any other markets I should consider?

But i am getting incredibly impatient, i loath working a 6am-4pm job as a welder working in the hot sun all day to go home to not have much energy left to even be motivated to go through online classes. i want out of the rat race. period. i was mulling over the idea of trying to get a commercial loan to get a multi-family....is that a good way to get it?

Maybe its like a stock in a company you loathe, but it makes you money...you can't part with it. :)

I'm loathed to scan everything, but maybe it is worth the pain just to have those records?
