Do I need to talk to a real estate lawyer for my own lease, or do I use a site like RocketLawyer?

So unless im prepared to lawyer up 3k just to try and get some of it back the answer "just walk away from your deposits, im trustworthy" doesnt work for me.I have prepaid for work from big names, Lowes installs etc.

But theses people were in large part those with means, so all it takes is the lawyers to whoop people up enough and it's a tornado of suits upon suits upon suits. 

This question is most likely best for a lawyer familiar with local regulations and code.

So, do they really want to hire a lawyer to try and fight you, and have their credit wrecked in the meantime and have a terrible landlord reference?
