I'm sure people in both categories will talk about wild success going both routes, but my intuition was to the effect that it's much harder to find a 'deal' than it is to find someone who wants to list their house for top dollar on the MLS (while I certainly do not assume this is easy), but I only have so much time and money, trying to not only create a marketing budget but build systems around both of these businesses.

It provides an intuitive interface and a powerful calculation engine, which would be very costly for us to duplicate.But to make a tool that is both powerful and usable means we have to do a lot more that is not visible to the user as part of the familiar Excel skin.

I will admit it – I was hungry- I wanted more but I didn’t have the skills or experience to do it on my own, I didn’t want another job - I was sacred –  I was sold on all the propaganda about real estate riches and continued to search for that magic formula.That was over 40 years ago - as I think back about all those programs - I realized that my intuition, creativity, imagination or the pure synergism of all that information enable me to create hybrid formulas of my own – formulas that helped me avoid conventional financing, credit approvals, cash down payments, real estate agents, gate keeps and those others who wanted to delay my progress of making money in real estate.

@Ray Dipasupil yes I guess it's possible they got it wrong, just funny..that this is the only one inconsistently priced..based on all the others I've looked at@Cary Ferguson Jr thanks for the info..I think you're right, I'm going to just stick to what my numbers are saying...even though it seems so counter-intuitive to be offering more than the 2007 value
