Self study or an online instructor?

I’m a 24 year old aerospace engineer and flight instructor in the Seattle area.I’m originally from Rhode Island, went to college at Purdue in Indiana, and have been working in Seattle full-time since 2012.I recently made my first step into real estate by buying a condo in South Lake Union.

The instructor put the material in a frame of reference that I was able to remember and identify on the test.Good luck to you!!

Hearing the interaction between the instructor and other students and having the laws, etc explained can be very helpful.

The law portion was certainly worth the price of admission as the instructor is himself an investor and knowledgeable legal opinion on Real Estate investing in Delaware.

As far as what is best that will be down to the instructor if you take it locally.
