I’m wondering if a Nest or other “smart” thermostat may be able to provide some type of data output that could then help me in dividing the oil usage between the two tenants??

I currently work as a sales rep at T-Mobile, its my first sales job.

If it's that hard to get someone in, divide your monthly asking rent by 12 and reduce it by that much.

They will have the Raiders and don't forget the new NHL Hockey team the Knights at T-Mobile Arena too.  

I seem to have had good luck at this in dividing duplexes, etc into individual townhomes, but these units are also vertically stacked so don't qualify as townhomes and would have to be done as condos, which is a much more demanding and costly process.

Six Flags, WetNWild, ATT Stadium for Cowboys and all kinds of other events like World Cup Soccer, Concerts, Movie Premiers, Boxing, Draft Day,etc... 

Then if you really think investing a large amount of money in dividing the space makes sense, you could move in that direction using some of the proceeds from your first foray into the market.
