So, a company like HomeRoom will replace my agent and property mgmt solution that I use today and allow me to more comfortably expand into various cities without building the infrastructure on my own dime.So far I have been very impressed with Johnny and HomeRoom and actively trying to figure out where/when I will pull the trigger.

I met him at an event in Oakland and was not impressed personally all he would say is he does big deals for big money.. and I know how hard it is to do business with those in his community it really surprises me how people followed and invested as much as they did.

I've been wondering about for a while how we can make guests aware of that without giving the impression that we're trying to force the to give us a high rating.
