The off white may be a very light member of the greige camp, but the other two I would call bone and...well, beige and not greige and not tan and not almond (note, I am color challenged but beige can be yellow or pink and while neutral, completely outdated due to undertone...my first and last quart of greige, used as asubtle accent wall, had a disappointing purple undertone.)

When we get in, the hole in the roof ruined all the ceilings and its so far gone we can't fix & flip and make any profits, as we won't make any money putting $50k into it, so we are doing a rental rehab, keeping pink tile and green toilet, putting in a renter, and will sell it as a loaded rental after that to an investor as a turn-key property.

The plan is to enclose the carport into a garage, swap a small den (that I think used to be a bedroom at one point) into a 3rd bedroom, remodel the hall bathroom (its pink tile everywhere!!!)

I've saved a lot of cash by doing it myself over the years, but often, at the end of the day, what I saved was less than the rent income or carrying costs I incurred.I still have rentals in Madison county (Harvest-Toney- HSV Sec. 8) so feel free to keep me posted on how your new project develops.
