I'll still be fine in the end but I might have to get a family investor to float me a small loan for a bit but that all depends on how the appraisals come back (and I have to pay for two of those for the same lot....).This is still a great method though, dont get me wrong.

What will stop your isn't the number of loans though, but how the previous loans impact your "debt to income ratio" for qualifying purposes.Many REI swear that this is a great method, and they have made a lot of money using it.

Ask the people in Florida about their condo market…I don’t know how much you have been looking around the different areas around town, but there are well established areas that you can find deals in without counting on appreciation, and the hopes that the neighborhood “turns around”.I would suggest that you find a house in a good area and work a short sale to buy it below value… This is a great method in today’s market.P.S.

With that, I've got a great method for analyzing the FLOOR of STRs in the Tampa Bay area but to capture the true average or ceiling I have found to be more difficult to obtain through many experiments.
