Your income needs to be 100x it and you need to invest 10% of your net(so less than $5mil) annually in structured product type investing incl RE, let it season for 3-5 years, re-invest the first bit of profits and by year 8-10 you should be comfortable.$500k annual income is alot for your average folk, but it's not "retire me" income at all.

Two, you'll have a much easier time obtaining a mortgage product if you have a track record of W2 income.In the meantime, continue implementing the strategies you mentioned: save religiously, build your credit, pay any existing debt owed, etc.

(This is a blessing IMO.)So I said I understood her decision and would contact her with further instructions.I sent her a move out letter via email the following day with a couple of options for a timeline, info for scheduling a final walk through, etc… now she is ghosting me.

There’s no reason to go through a disaster (I'm mid recovery myself) and not get the financial upside by becoming the developer and selling a finished product versus raw land.If you have to completely rebuild, it’s a two year process at minimum.
