If I were you I would carefully and conservatively lay out your business plan and what cash flow is going to look like during your build out while no cash is coming in and then what it looks like each month as it ramps up.Personally I’m a little lost on your actual concept - a pizza/ice cream shop sounds like a family place but then you want gamblers hanging out there all day?
