Googling a persons name or company with the word "scam" behind it usually revels a ton of fun stuff :)I like the flat fee structure and something to consider for sure.I wouldn't necessarily agree that it's the same amount of work tho.Some markets and areas require a much more "hands on" approach and also posses a higher risk for the PM.Risk can be somewhat subsidized by the larger fee.Thanks and keep the dream alive.
