Adding more pages like Steven suggested above would be for the benefit of either search engine frequency or using them as supplementary information to market leads back to the home page.

He even stated he enjoys doing it. ( I should have known that feeling would not last)I stated that he should be compensated since I would have payed the landscaper anyway.Nothing further was said.now 5 months later he is requesting that he be paid for these past months.I have three issues with this 1) no discussion about frequency, quality expected, or compensation was really ever discussed. 2) I only have his word that he performed yard duties twice a month.

Some PM's charge a "lease-up" fee of one half month's rent to cover these costs (bad deal for owner), or they will charge the owner actual ad costs (just watch out for the size and frequency of ads!)

Just adding thickness won't block the entire listening frequency spectrum, surface textures can help too, look to studio construction, it should explain the frequency ranges and standards as well as textures in design.....find an audio engineer.Why not ask the neighbor not to put the dog along that wall.
