If you are satisfied with their work slowly scale back the level of management over multiple additional projects, but never totally stop management and due diligence of your GCs.I hope this was helpful and I apologize for all the font changes haha.Let me know if you have any more questions.

I would also avoid using any of the phrases or appearances (eg yellow postcards or fake handwritten-font letters) wholesalers use.
