LOL.This is something I would recommend every REI do before they buy into a market for a rental(s):1 - Find out the day the court is doing evictions (usually it's an all day thing...and the same day(s) every week/month.2 - Clear your schedule for the day3 - Go to the court, bright and early that day4 - Bring a pad of paper and pen (remember how those worked...they still do), because most courts won't let you bring your tablet, laptop, phone...into court.5 - Sit in the middle of the room6 - Watch and listen7 - Take notes (see #4)8 - Learn.

I’m planning to hardwire the whole house so they can take advantage of the 1000mbps gigabit line though.You could also tell her to buy a 100’ cable and run it in the hall to hardwire in her tv / laptop or pay for your guys to fish it through the walls.

Many companies seem finicky about sinkhole coverage. 

I had to carry my laptop around and share that one w/my family.  

I posted it with my phone so I’ll use my lap top next time if it does not work.

Make a class for General or Overhead too if you have non-property-specific transactions for your business (like a laptop or telephone expense ). 

However, they can be finicky and difficult with non-owner occupied loans.You should also look into rolling the construction numbers into the loan to make it a higher amount.

It was a slight issue at times not to have my laptop with me, but I could at least send PDF files by smartphone.
