Size it appropriately so that f you lose you’ll live to fight another day.  

There are plenty of cash-flowing markets here - especially in the STR space.I'm in Arizona and there is constant news about what is happening in Mexico with occasional charts of various cartels and what turf they are fighting over,  and mass graves that have been found of the "disappeared". 

Society likes to gaslight when that happens, I prefer to fight such fire with fire and in occasion wind.

I don't have a dog in the fight here, but pick the asset that you want to own the most 10 years from now.

Ticket master has issues over 10,000 NFT's.however,  NFT is not bitcoin Sure dude. and Ticketmaster would sell tix to a dog fight if there was a chance of fleecing people.  

People like to fight on me on this and there can be exceptions, but for a ton of different reasons, they dont normally make great investments.
