As to "morals", please don't feed me that)))) There is nothing moral or ethical about doing business, it's just a fact.

Rentals are a low cash flow / high CapEx business model.That being said, don't rely on your rentals for income to feed your family.

You don't need to spend endless money on the national courses which never give you a result and never teach you anything you can actually apply.As a general rule, if you find a class or group promoted in your social feeds, or on TV, etc., you want to stay away from those.

What people need to watch out for is newer syndicators with little experience trying to build teams and have to keep doing mediocre deals to feed their team to survive.
